We've brought together a distinguished group of experienced professionals from government and industry to guide our mission of fostering innovation, growth, and success for all stakeholders in the government marketplace.

The G2X Advisory Team comprises experts with extensive backgrounds in government procurement, technology implementation, and private sector innovation. Their collective experience spans multiple administrations, various government agencies, and successful entrepreneurial ventures in the government contracting space. This diverse expertise positions the Advisory Team to provide valuable insights on evolving market needs, emerging technologies, and best practices in government-industry collaboration.

The Advisory Team will play a crucial role in shaping G2X's strategic initiatives. Key areas of focus will include:

Dave Zvenyach

Dave Zvenyach

Dave Zvenyach is a dynamic leader at the intersection of technology, law, and government innovation. With executive experience across three presidential administrations , Dave has driven digital transformation at the highest levels of the U.S. government. As the former Director of Technology Transformation Services (TTS) at the General Services Administration, he oversaw a portfolio of 40 critical programs including FedRAMP, the Presidential Innovation Fellows, and Login.gov while launching new initiatives like the U.S. Digital Corps and securing sustainable funding for government tech innovation.

Throughout his career, Dave has held pivotal roles shaping public sector technology policy and implementation. He served as Senior Technical Advisor for GSA's Federal Acquisition Service, Executive Director of 18F, and General Counsel to the DC Council. His unique background as both a software developer and attorney has enabled him to bridge technical and policy domains effectively, leading to recognition as a Fed 100 winner, Legal Rebel, and Best Boss in Federal IT. Dave's influence extends beyond government, with experience as a partner at Hangar, a venture studio building public sector-focused companies.

Currently, Dave channels his expertise through TandemGov, his consultancy guiding organizations through the complexities of government procurement. He shares insights via his newsletter, GovContrActually, offering sharp analysis on procurement policy and bid protests. His ongoing work with the Uniform Law Commission, where he chairs a committee on State Government Use of Artificial Intelligence, demonstrates his continued commitment to shaping the future of government technology and policy.

Jaime Gracia

Jaime Gracia

With over 25 years of progressive experience in federal procurement, Mr. Jaime Gracia is a visionary leader and a subject matter expert in delivering innovative, cutting-edge acquisitions, training, projects, and programs for public and private sector clients. He is currently Director of Corporate Affairs at The Wolverine Group, Inc., where he oversees and manages the strategies and activities relating to corporate, external, and internal operations, focused on growth and business development resources for the govcon community.

His most recent public sector role was being the Director of Strategic Enterprise Programs in the Center for Acquisition Experience (CAE) at the U.S. Department of State, where he led the new Acquisition Experience (AcqX) program across the Department, defining and enhancing the perceptions and touchpoints of professionals, customers, and stakeholders with the acquisition ecosystem. He also spearheaded the Industry Liaison Program, the Cognitive Procurement Program for RPA, ML, and AI tools, and the OMB programs for Category Management, Vendor Management, and Value Engineering. His continuing mission is to transform the procurement culture and create agile contract solutions that enable effective and efficient service delivery and value creation.

Traci Walker

Traci Walker is a pioneering force in revolutionizing digital procurement and IT talent acquisition in the public sector, with over two decades of federal government experience. As the former Director of Procurement at the United States Digital Service (USDS), Traci co-authored the TechFAR Handbook and created the Digital IT Acquisition Professional (DITAP) program, which has trained over 3,000 acquisition professionals, significantly improving digital service purchasing across federal agencies.

Prior to USDS, Traci served as a senior contracting officer at the Executive Office of the President, managing the IT Procurement portfolio across multiple administrations. Currently, as founder of Awkward Walker Consulting LLC, she continues to drive innovation in government digital services and contributes to the US Digital Service/Office of Personnel Management's Tech Hiring Challenge. Traci's expertise in streamlining procurement processes, enhancing government-industry collaboration, and fostering digital innovation has made her a respected leader in the ongoing effort to modernize and improve government services.
