*TERMS OF DELIVERY ARE F.O.B. DESTINATION TO: UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries 3901 Klein Blvd Lompoc, CA 93436 **This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is EL1032-23 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 dated 06/02/2023. NAICS CODE 326220 Rubber and Plastic Hose and belting Mfg. This requirement is for Small business set-aside. The size standard for NAICS code 326200 is 800 employees. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a 3-year, firm-fixed-price Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery type contract with a six (6) month EPA contract for the following commercial item(s): FARM1043 DRIP-TAPE 7/8" diameter, 8mil wall thickness, 12inch spacing emitters with flow rates of:.45 gpm/100 ft, 27 gph/ 100 ft, .027 gph per emitter (FLOW RATE CALCULATED AT 8 psi) Minimum PSI 4 Maximum PSI 15 Reel Weight 72 lbs. 5560-6000 ft. roll. Max run lengths 865 ft. Compatible with 120 Mesh filtration. Chevron design flow track with multi stag filters. Emitter must contain 13-211 inlet filters and must require at least 5 inlet filters open to function correctly. Must have double thickness along seam. Cannot have hardened emitters. COMPATABLE ANDROS RALLY RETRIEVAL SYSTEM The contract will have a $5000 guaranteed minimum purchase, with the overall total not exceeding 5,000,000, feet of irrigation drip tape. Offers who do not agree with the Producer Price Index listed above are required to submit the price index that they believe is correct to the contracting officer at least five (5) calendar days prior to the due date for offers. The index submitted will be evaluated, and changed by amendment to the solicitation if necessary. UNICORs desired delivery is thirty (30) calendar days for initial order and fifteen (15) calendar days or sooner from receipt of each delivery order placed thereafter. Vendors are required to provide their best manufacturing/delivery time for initial delivery only at time of award. Delivery orders will be issued in accordance with 52.216-19.
