R408--Stress Management Mental Health Services (Must have a local brick and mortar in the Pulaski County area)

McClellan VA Hospital, 4300 West 7th Street, Little Rock AR 72205, Towbin VA Hospital, 2200 Fort Roots Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72214 The Design and Implementation of Stress Management Techniques by a subject matter expert with at least 10 years of experience as a Reiki Master level provider, at least 10 years of experience in hypnotherapy and have a private place of business where services can be provided as needed. This requirement provides that the contractor will provide (1) consultation as a subject matter expert in the fields of reiki, meditation, hypnosis, aromatherapy, and somatic expression, (2) assistance in the development of self-empowering tools for suicide prevention, (3) assistance in the development and implementation of stress management techniques for Service Members, Veterans, and their family members (SMVF) experiencing suicide risk, (4) individual and/or group stress management sessions to individuals at risk for suicide, (5) review and edit documents reporting the impact and outcomes of these prevention interventions as requested by the project lead, (6) assist in the collection of data to evaluate the impact and outcomes of services provide, and (7) produce a minimum of one meditation recording available for free on YouTube that can be utilized by Service Members, Veterans, and family members participating in the demonstration project. Contractor is required to have a local brick and mortar establishment to see Veterans as well. A sources sought that closed on 8/28/2023, revealed that there were no other local Contractors that showed interest in the requirement. 2 Contractors did reach out with questions, but they were not able to meet this need.
