EYNF Temporary Lodging BPA

The USDA Forest Service, National Forest El Yunque Supervisor’s Office, is seeking to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for long-term and short-term temporary lodging services. This requirement supports traveling employees arriving in the San Juan, Puerto Rico area at various times throughout the year, with individual stay durations ranging from one day to one year. The scope includes one- or two-bedroom apartments equipped with furniture, housewares, linens, utilities, television, washer and dryer units, cable, high-speed internet, and maid service. Vendors utilizing the Airbnb platform are eligible for consideration provided they comply with all government requirements.

This combined synopsis/solicitation, identified by solicitation number 1243ZP19Q0001, is designated for performance in Rio Grande, Canovanas, Luquillo, and Fajardo, Puerto Rico.
