QUESTIONS Amendment 0007 states: Regarding Amendment 0002 (Questions and Answers) to solicitation 36C25023R0032, the following answers have been revised: Question 3 response should read Subcontracting plans are not required as revised under Factor 1, Sub-Factor 1: Staffing Plan, paragraph ii It s clear that subcontracting plans are not to be submitted under Part 2 Non-Price response. Are contractors still required to submit a subcontracting plan under Part 1 Price Response or is the subcontracting plan requirement removed in its entirety? Amendment 0002 Question 5 states that Factor 4 should be included in Part 2 . On page 71, the solicitation states Non-SDVOSBs/VOSBs: To receive partial consideration (PC) under this evaluation factor, the offeror must state in its proposal the names of the SDVOSBs and/or VOSBs with whom it intends to subcontract, and provide a brief description, and the approximate dollar values of the proposed subcontracts. Page 68 of the solicitation states The technical response to the proposal shall not have any reference to price/cost. To avoid confusion, will the government revise its answer to Amendment 0002 s question # 5 to Factor 4 should be included as part of 1 only . ANSWERS The subcontracting plan requirement is removed in its entirety. No, the Government will not revise its answer to Question 5 from Amendment 0002; Factor 4 should be included in Part 2. With this amendment to answer these 2 questions, we re going to add no further questions will be accepted.
