Maintenance and infrastructure improvement

The Department of State is seeking maintenance and infrastructure improvements for the International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) facilities at the American Hangar, Air Wing #2 (Group 8), FAP Base–Callao in Lima, Peru. This project involves multi-trade renovations across passenger restrooms, second-floor bathrooms, an exterior evacuation staircase, the passenger hall, a VIP lounge, and logistics offices. The scope includes demolition, plumbing, architectural finishes, woodwork, electrical installations, roofing, and metal structure maintenance. All work requires professional engineering supervision and must be completed within a 120-day period of performance. Liquidated damages of $73.45 per day apply for delays.
