AN/SPS-75 Radar Sustainment and Maintenance Support Services and Spare/Replacement Parts for the U.S. Coast Guard

Notice of Intent to Sole Source Department of Homeland Security (DHS),United States Coast Guard (USCG) The U.S. Coast Guard intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis a five-year IDIQ contract to Northern Defense Industries, LLC for AN/SPS-75 Radar Sustainment and Maintenance Support Services and Spare/Replacement Parts. Based on market research, Northern Defense Industries, LLC. is deemed to be the only responsible source capable of meeting this requirement. Intended Source: Northern Defense Industries, LLC. SAM UEI: HH3RNN7NCCV1 The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) implemented by the FAR Subpart 6.302-1 entitled Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A competitive solicitation package is not available. While the Government does not anticipate competition, all responsible sourcesmaysubmit a capability statement and/or proposal, whichshallbe considered by the Government. Responses to this notice shall contain sufficient information to establish the interested partys bona fide capabilities for fulfilling the requirements. Responses shall also reference the Notice ID in this notice and provide appropriate company information such as company name, address, SAM UEI, CAGE Code number, Facility Clearance (FCL), business size, and point of contact information. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to proceed on a non-competitive basis or to conduct a competitive procurement.
