Original Description

(i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. (ii) Solicitation number 36C26122R0007 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. (iv) This acquisition is a total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. In order to be eligible for award the vendor must be registered in the VetBiz database. The NAICS code is 541620 and the size standard is $16.5 million. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. (vi) The contractor shall provide Industrial Hygiene Services: Air Monitoring and Asbestos Testing Services for the VA Palo Alto Health Care Systems in accordance with the Statement of Work that is included in the solicitation package. (vii) The contract will be an IDIQ for a base year and four (4) option years. The period of performance is listed in the Price Schedule and Statement of Work.
