Fully Furnished Housing Units For Military Personnel Bremerton, Washington

The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFACSYSCOM) Atlantic, on behalf of the Department of the Navy, is issuing this pre-solicitation notice to identify interested entities capable of providing fully furnished housing units for military personnel. The Government requires apartments, houses, or other housing means—specifically excluding hotels—to accommodate up to 1,200 service members. All proposed accommodations must be located within a 35-minute commute of the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, Washington.

This requirement is identified under solicitation number LI-14313 and classified under PSC X1FA for Lease/Rental of Family Housing Facilities.
