Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. US Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District intends to negotiate and award a sole-source Indefinite Delivery Contract with Coterie Environmental, LLC. The requirement is for Environmental Support for Joint Munitions Command (JMC) within the Geographic Boundaries of the Southwestern Division (SWD) and Projects assigned to the Southwestern Division in accordance with UAI Subpart 5107.1 and ER5-1-10. This project supports the JMC Demilitarization program by providing thermal treatment demilitarization systems environmental support for JMC installations and depots. The period of performance for this effort is a base period of three years with one two-year option period. The total estimated value is $4,000,000. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541620, Environmental Consulting Services, and the small business size standard is $16,500,000. This sole source contracting action is pursuant to FAR 6.302-5(b)(7), Sole source awards under the Woman-Owned Small Business Program. This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the options included in this requirement. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objective of the JMC Demilitarization program. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responsible sources may identify their interests and or provide a capability statement as a response to this notice. All respondents shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than March 10, 2020 at 1500 CT.
