FY26 USCG Air Station San Francisco Artificial Turf Installation

The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Base Alameda is seeking proposals for a firm-fixed-price construction project to install approximately 4,500 square feet of artificial turf at Air Station San Francisco. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 561730, Landscaping Services. The scope includes site preparation, drainage management, and the installation of turf meeting specific technical standards within a 60-day performance period. Proposals will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology. A no-cost site visit is available, though personnel must submit a Base Access List for security vetting to enter the installation.
