Fabrication and Installation of Exhibit Components and Graphics

The Library of Congress, through its Contracts Services office, issued solicitation 030ADV26R0023 for the fabrication and installation of exhibit components and graphics for the upcoming Alive in Many Hands exhibition. This project supports the scheduled September 2026 opening in the SW Curtain Gallery of the Thomas Jefferson Building in Washington, DC. The exhibition is intended to provide onsite visitors with an overview of the Library’s operations and its role in preserving the largest physical collection of human knowledge in the world.

The Library of Congress Exhibits Office requires a production contractor to provide all services necessary for the manufacture and setup of the exhibit's physical and visual elements. This requirement is classified under NAICS 712110 Museums and PSC Y1PB Construction of Exhibit Design (Non-Building). Performance will occur at the Library’s facilities in Washington, DC, and responses are due by April 6, 2026. Olexiy Levchuk is the designated point of contact for this solicitation.

The procurement includes 13 total attachments, featuring a design package, a graphics package, and a brand name or equivalent salient characteristics list. Amendment 0001 was issued to provide responses to offeror questions and to incorporate a revised past performance questionnaire. Other supporting documentation includes various design files and response documents posted throughout March 2026.
