Willow Drive, Suite 300, Greenwood Village CO 80111 intends to solicit sources to enter into a firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Immunochemical Fecal Occult Blood Testing (iFOBT) Cost Per Reportable Result (CPRR) Services for the following VISN 19 Stations: Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center - 1700 N. Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045. Fort Harrison VA Medical Center 3687 Veterans Dr., Ft.
