HUD 2026 Innovative Housing Showcase Event Planning, Logistics, and Graphics/Marketing

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Philadelphia Operations Branch is seeking event planning and logistics support for the 2026 Innovative Housing Showcase. This multi-day event on the National Mall in Washington, D.C., will feature advanced building technologies and full-size housing solutions intended to increase homeownership affordability. The contractor will manage end-to-end event production, communications, media support, and broader coordination under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Performance requires specialized familiarity with National Park Service permitting and a proven history of executing events on the National Mall.
