Replace 16 each Foldable Bay Doors, Building 308, USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr Military Community – Rose Barracks (Project # LK-08630-1J)

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, through the Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Bavaria, is issuing a pre-solicitation for project LK-08630-1J to replace sixteen foldable bay doors at Building 308 within the USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr Military Community at Rose Barracks. The scope of work includes dismantling and disposing of existing folding sliding doors and installing new lintel-mounted folding doors. For six-part folding sliding doors, the contractor must provide an escape door with a locking system and connect new doors to existing metal cladding or concrete lining.
