This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested. Solicitation number 36C26322R0033 is issued as a request for proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 and VAAR Part 873. VA anticipates one firm-fixed-price, indefinite quantity contract award for all resources and labor necessary to provide Off-Site On-Call Gynecology Services to the Minneapolis VA Health Care System located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Additional requirements, to include a list of the contract line items, quantity, and unit of measure, are listed within the attached solicitation documents. This procurement is being solicited as a total set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns.
