The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 08, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHCS) located at 10 Casia St., San Juan, PR 00921 intends to solicit a request for quotation (RFQ) from contractors for Emergency Residential Services and/or Low Demand Safe Haven Services. The services shall be in support of eligible beneficiaries of the VACHCS under Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), contract type.
