The U.S. Geological Survey Columbia Environmental Research Center (CERC) requires ongoing services for the library preparation of environmental DNA (eDNA) extractions utilizing study-specific primers, amplicon sequencing on a MiSeq platform, and initial bioinformatic data analysis. This requirement will be fulfilled through a single-award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with subsequent task orders issued on a firm-fixed-price basis for various sample sizes. The contract carries a maximum ceiling of 500 samples and a performance period not to exceed five years.
