OER EEO Investigative Services Requirement

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Support Services Section requires Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) investigative support services. The selected contractor will utilize EEOC certified investigators to facilitate the processing and investigation of EEO complaints filed against FEMA or its recipients of federal financial assistance. These investigations address allegations of discrimination based on race, color, national origin, sex, age, religion, disability, or retaliation, and may extend to complaints regarding economic status, limited English proficiency, sexual orientation, genetic information, and parental status.
