Pre-solicitation Notice PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office West, Network Contract Office (NCO) 22 - Gilbert intends to solicit Radiation Physicist for the New Mexico VA and Northern Arizona VA Healthcare System Medical Centers.
