Solicitation number 70Z03821RL0000001 is issued as a Special Notice of Intent to Award to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Rockwell Collins (Cage Code: 13499), 400 Collins Road, NE, Cedar Rapids, IA, 52498, for the modification of HC-144 avionics components for the Ocean Sentry Refresh Block 1 Upgrade. This notice of intent will not be extended or the award delayed for an offeror to submit their data for capability determination or for registration in SAM.GOV.
