BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM (BESS) PROJECTS - WORLDWIDE

The solicitation may result in multiple awards of a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity Construction Services Type Contract for one base year plus four (4) separate option years during the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2024. The successful contractors shall provide design, production, shipping, connection, and commissioning services for prefabricated or manufactured Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) containers to various Government Facilities worldwide and any other associated work as described within the Statement of Work (SOW). Required works include but are not limited to production of BESS containers as per OBO approved specifications and shop drawings, to include minor adjustments to match individual destinations electrical systems, FOB door-to-door shipping, off-loading, BESS set, electrical/Microgrid connection and commissioning etc. Pursuant to Subpart 36.204 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the estimated magnitude for the entire project is between $5,000,000.00 and $9,999,000.00 U.S. Dollars (Note: the prescribed FAR range determinations provide relatively wide ranges only, in order to give potential offerors a very general orientation as to the magnitude of the work. However, the specified range is not meant to give any indication as to the Independent Government Cost Estimate for this project, which could be at the lower or the upper end of the range indicated). The estimated magnitude for individual projects is between $500,000 and $2,000,000,00.
