CLASS JUSTIFICATION FOR OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION - USCG CEU Providence RMACC Bridge Contract

The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) CEU Providence issued a class justification for other than full and open competition under solicitation 70Z0G124RCEUP0001 to establish a suite of bridge contracts for Region 1. These Multiple Award IDIQs support the USCG depot level maintenance program by providing real property repairs, maintenance, general construction, marine construction, demolition, historical restoration, and remediation services. This action ensures continued support for New England regional requirements while the agency re-procures the Regional Multiple Award Construction Contracts (RMACC II) following a requirement for contractor re-representation.
