Request for Information (RFI)/ Sources Sought inquiry into your organizations interest in providing lodging to Veterans being treated at the Sheridan VA Medical Center located in Sheridan WY. The VA contemplates a award, Firm Fixed Price to provide coal burn in the boiler plant located at the Medical Center for Veterans in Sheridan Wyoming. The period of performance for this contract will be one year. The contract base year is estimated to begin in June 2010. Solicitation documents will be available electronically on or about May 1, 2010 at the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR Part 4.11, prospective contractors are required to have an active registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and FAR Part 4.12, prospective contractors must complete electronic on line annual representations and certifications (ORCA) databases prior to award of a contract. Both can be accessed at the Business Partner Network (BPN) website at http://www.bpn.gov/. Again, this is only an inquiry, no quote or proposal is requested at this time.
