TRANSCRIPTION, TRANSLATION, & INTERPRETATION for USDA Puerto Rico

The USDA Rural Development Procurement Management Office, under the Rural Housing Service, is issuing solicitation 12RADZ24R0002 as a Request for Quote to obtain transcription, interpretation, and translation services. These services support USDA operations in Puerto Rico, with the primary place of performance located in San Juan, PR. The requirement is classified under NAICS 541930 Translation and Interpretation Services and PSC R608 SUPPORT- ADMINISTRATIVE: TRANSLATION AND INTERPRETING. This procurement is a 100% total small business set-aside under the SBA (SBA) designation, and offers are accepted from various small business categories including 8(a), HUBZone, and service-disabled veteran-owned firms.

The government requires a contractor to meet or exceed the standards for transcription and translation in accordance with the non-negotiable Performance Work Statement dated August 15, 2024. Vendor quotes must not include any edits, revisions, or alterations to the established Performance Work Statement.
