J030--Preventive Maintenance to Powered Industrial Trucks at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS), Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO-8) intends to negotiate a sole-source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Lift Trucks & Parts, Inc. for the maintenance of powered industrial trucks. As the exclusive authorized service provider for Crown Equipment in Puerto Rico, the identified vendor will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, and supervision necessary to perform both preventive and corrective maintenance for Crown-branded machinery. These services support the VACHS Facilities Management Service (FMS) in maintaining operational readiness of its mechanical power transmission equipment.

This requirement is classified under NAICS 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, and PSC J030, MAINT/REPAIR/REBUILD OF EQUIPMENT- MECHANICAL POWER TRANSMISSION EQUIPMENT.
