Contractor shall replace both hot water heaters with suitable on demand replacements meeting the minimum specifications necessary for demands and currently installed systems, replacement of hot water circulation pump, install of commercial neutralization tank with a Natural gas fuel source with a thermal efficiency no less than 80 and a recovery/recuper of 193.8 U.S. GPH minimum.

FAR 52.237-1 -- Site Visit (Apr 1984).
