Synopsis/Solicitation Combo INTRODUCTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-04, effective 15 January 2020. This acquisition is total small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 541380 Testing Laboratories, with an associated size standard of $15 million annually. SPECIFICATION The U.S. Geological Survey, California Water Science Center, requires a chemical analytical laboratory services for the analysis of perchlorate and hexavalent chromium (chromium-6), in filtered ground-water samples and quality control samples.
