NATO Request for Pre-Competitive Industry Engagement: Operational Network – Extension Program (ON-X)

The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA), through the Bureau of Industry and Security, is conducting a market research initiative titled RFI-Calling-Notice-ON-X to identify qualified vendors for the Operational Network – Extension Program (ON-X). This effort focuses on the delivery of private cloud infrastructure, data center facilities, the migration or delivery of core digital workplace services, and service operation management. While this program establishes the foundational cloud infrastructure, the migration of business and NATO-specific applications will be addressed under a separate, subsequent effort.

Interested industry partners are invited to participate in a hybrid pre-competitive engagement event scheduled for July 2 and 3, 2026, held both online and at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Promenade in The Hague, Netherlands. Participation requires the submission of a registration form by June 24, 2026, at 16:00 CET.
