P--Demolition Multiple Award Contract (Demo-MAC)

The Bureau of Indian Affairs is establishing a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle for demolition services across the Continental United States and Indian Country. This 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside has a total ceiling of $120 million. The scope includes dismantling structures, utility removal, hazardous material remediation for asbestos, mold, and lead, and full site restoration. Proposals are due by July 21, 2026, and will be evaluated based on experience, past performance, and the technical approach to the seed project.
