PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) intends to award a sole source contract to Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. (Dba: Siemens Healthineers) 40 Liberty Blvd. Malvern, PA 19355-1418, for providing preventive maintenance and repair services on Siemens MRI equipment located at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System, located in Little Rock and North Little Rock, AR. This procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. These VA facilities have a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, software, facilities, transportation and supervision necessary to complete all work associated with performing preventive maintenance services, necessary inspections, and repair services, for Siemens MRI equipment. Based on market research and previous acquisition history, it has been determined that Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. is the only vendor capable of providing all the required preventive maintenance and repair services. This notice will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
