Justification and Approval Crisis Management System SaaS

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has issued a Justification and Approval for a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract awarded to ESi/Juvare for the Unified Command Platform. This Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution serves as the agency’s enterprise Crisis Management System (CMS), providing a FedRAMP High (Impact Level 4) hosting environment. The scope of work includes system operations and maintenance, cybersecurity and patch management, elastic scaling, and user support for approximately 28,000 users nationwide. The contractor is also responsible for the configuration and migration of existing CMS workflows and data.
