The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified vendors who can provide the requirements identified in the accompanying Statement of Work/Performance Work Statement. This is not a Request for Quote. This is not a solicitation. The VA is not currently seeking quotes/offers/proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals.
