Mississippi Ave Greenwood Village, CO 80111 Glendale, CO 80246 Nature and/or Description of the Action Being Processed: VISN 19 required the immediate, emergency issuance of a new six-month Custom Sterile Surgical Packs/Custom Procedure Trays (CPTs), single award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Manus Medical LLC as a follow-on bridge to the VISN 19 Custom Sterile Surgical Pack IDIQ contract VA259-13-D-0074 that expired on January 10, 2020. The resultant IDIQ is a firm-fixed-price and will promote the use of Ordering Officers for the placement of orders. The contractor will be responsible to assemble, distribute, and manage all modification requests for custom sterile surgical pack requirements at Veterans Affairs Medical Centers (VAMCs) within VISN 19. This will support VISN 19 medical facilities for a six-month period while the reacquisition of a base plus four (4) option year IDIQ is continuously worked. FAR13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items: This procurement is for commercial surgical supplies in accordance with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items and specifically FAR 13.501 Special Documentation Requirements, where acquisitions conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures are exempt from the requirements of FAR Part 6, but still require a justification using the format of FAR 6.303-2.
