Vendors are asked to provide the following information in their responses:

• Company name, address, UEI, and DUNS
• Point-of-contact information
• Business size and socio-economic status for all applicable NAICS codes
• Description of AI tools, including their name, benefits, and real-world examples of use
• Information on previous use of the tool by other Federal government agencies, including contract numbers and contracting officer contact information
• Information Technology Security Compliance, including FedRAMP status and DoD impact level
• Data rights offered to the Federal government
• Cost information, including pricing models, licensing options, and maintenance fees
• Capability statement and tool visualizations

Submission Guidelines and Timeline

Responses to the RFI must be submitted in PDF format and be no longer than 25 pages, using a font size no smaller than 11. The submission must include the company name and NAICS codes with business size for each. The email subject line should contain the RFI number HS002124RFI0001. Submissions must be sent via email to [email protected] and [email protected] no later than 2:00 PM ET on April 5, 2024. All responses must be unclassified, and any proprietary information should be clearly marked.

Evaluation and Acquisition Strategy

This is a Request for Information (RFI) only, and DCSA is not currently seeking proposals. The information gathered will be used for market research purposes to inform future acquisition strategies. The RFI does not commit the government to contract for any supply or service. DCSA may use the market research to construct a request for proposal, commercial solutions opening, or other ordering mechanism to purchase or further explore AI tools which meet the purpose and intent of this RFI.
