HVAC Chemical Water Treatment

The Department of the Air Force, 56 CONS CC, is soliciting for a full-service HVAC chemical water treatment program at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. Under solicitation FA488726Q0024, the selected contractor will provide all management, labor, materials, parts, equipment, transportation, and tools required to maintain, service, calibrate, and repair systems in accordance with ASHRAE Standards. The scope includes the treatment and cleaning of open and closed loop cooling/condenser water systems, open and closed loop chilled water systems, and closed-loop hot water systems. This requirement is a WOSB Women-Owned Small Business set-aside classified under NAICS 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance and PSC J036 MAINT/REPAIR/REBUILD OF EQUIPMENT- SPECIAL INDUSTRY MACHINERY.

Responses for this solicitation are due by June 11, 2026. The schedule includes a deadline for site visit requests on May 22, 2026, with the visits occurring the week of May 25, and a deadline for questions on May 29, 2026. Seven attachments accompany the notice, including the Performance Work Statement, a wage determination, and an environmental guide for contractors. Although the solicitation is active, funds are not presently available for this effort, and no award will be made until funding is secured.
