Department of Commerce Strategic Sourcing Initiative - Operational and Program Support Services

The Department of Commerce, Office of Acquisition Management, Shared Services Procurement Office (SSPO), is updating the acquisition strategy for the Operational and Program Support Services requirement, previously identified under solicitation number 11242024. The government has transitioned this requirement from an open market procurement to a competition limited to eligible contractors under the General Services Administration One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) Governmentwide Acquisition Contract. Performance for these services will take place in Washington, DC.

Phase I, which involves Opt-In Eligibility Confirmation, has been issued through the OASIS+ ordering platform to eligible Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) contract holders within the applicable domain. This Special Notice is categorized under NAICS 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, and PSC R408, Support- Professional: Program Management/Support. All ordering procedures are being conducted in accordance with FAR 16.505.
