The contractor shall also provide meeting, legislative, technical, training, and policy analysis support; software/database design, revisions, testing, training, and user support; and re-certification and accreditation for the AFRL Contribution-based Compensation System Software (C2S2). C2S2 is a critical component used to ensure AFRL employees are accurately assessed and compensated.
