WHEN THE DATA SET IS COMPLETE, OR NEARLY SO, PROCESSING CONDITIONS CAN BE DETERMINED TO OPTIMIZE THE PROPERTIES OF COMMERCIALLY IMPORTANT PRODUCTS SUCH AS TURBINE BLADES.
