AAmendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the updated FAR provisions 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 as well as FAR clause 52.204-25. Interested quoters shall include a copy of the completed 52.204-26 with their quote. There is no change to the closing date. Please see attachment titled W81K0220Q0103-0001. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific, Bldg 339 Clark Road, Ft Shafter, HI 96858, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements for Various Hearing Aid Products and Devices for Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii.
