RECOVERY--Y--This is a Special Notice to inform the public of the use of Recovery Act Funds

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Omaha District issued this special notice to announce the use of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds for the Missouri River Recovery Program. Specifically, the agency plans to award a task order for the Three Rivers/Little Sioux Bend Revetment Lowering Project located along the Missouri River in Iowa. This requirement falls under NAICS code 237990 for Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction and PSC code Y.

The procurement is restricted to firms within an existing HUBZone Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) pool. Competitive procedures will be used to solicit proposals from four designated IDIQ contractors: Western Contracting Corporation, L W Matteson Inc, T L Enterprises Inc, and HCI Construction Company. The Request for Task Order Proposal package is sent directly to these firms under solicitation number W9128F08R0025.
