RESPONSES TO THIS RFI

After reviewing this draft SOW, interested parties shall submit the following in response to this RFI:

• Company Capability Statement tailored to the requirement (SOW) that demonstrates the ability to successfully accomplish the goals of the project;
• Clear Identification of Business Size;
• Estimated cost of services;
• Three (3) past performance references for work similar in size and scope as described herein; and
• Questions and comments on the attached DRAFT SOW.

FORMAT AND PAGE LIMIT

Responses to this RFI shall not exceed 3 pages not including past performances and resumes.
