SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source only Space Optics Research Labs, LLC, out of Merrimack, New Hampshire, Cage Code 4HRF3, under the authority of FAR 13.101(b) for Noncommercial actions under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. These components must be integrated into preexisting, custom-designed mounting hardware originally procured from Space Optics Research Labs, LLC (SORL), the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
