Specifications: Metal Twin XL Bed Style: Twin XL Bed, Steel Deck Dimensions: 39in W x 80in D x 34 1/2in H Materials: Steel Finish: Thermoset epoxy powder coated Metal Color: Black Features? Steel head and foot frame w/ metal steel deck that is attached with a hook-in, wedge-lock, or bolted system with 1 piece? Bed will accommodate a 36in W x 80in L mattress.? Foot frame functions as a ladder when beds are bunked? Bed has five height adjustments evenly spaced from 4in on center with one height adjustment allowing for a minimum of 20in clearance between the bottom of the deck and the finished floor.? All surfaces shall be cleaned, washed, and sprayed with top sealers prior to the 21-stepfinishing process. Each component shall then be powder coated with an epoxy/polyester hybrid finish with a 2.0-3.0 dry mil thickness and3H hardness. The finished surface shall be smooth and uniform. Welding All Welding shall be smooth to the touch and visually without dimple or indentation, which would cause visual adversity or effect structural integrity of the tubing. When full welds are call for spot welds will not be acceptable. Spot welds can be used but will be no less than 1in length.
