INFECTIOUS SALMON ANEMIA VIRUS (ISAV) TESTING

The USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) MRPBS is soliciting quotations for a fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide testing services for the detection of Infectious Salmon Anemia Virus (ISAV). The scope of work includes reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction in both real-time (rRT-PCR) and conventional (RT-PCR) formats, as well as indirect fluorescent antibody tests (IFAT), virus isolation (VI), and sequencing. This requirement is classified under NAICS 541380 Testing Laboratories and Services and PSC Q301 MEDICAL- LABORATORY TESTING.

This commercial services acquisition is conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. The procurement is designated as a small business set-aside under the SBA acronym/code and explanation. Documentation for solicitation number 12639522Q0111 includes five attachments: a Statement of Work, a Pricing Schedule, Instructions to Quoters, VS Memo 567.2 v2, and SF 1449. Quotations will be evaluated based on the criteria established in FAR 52.212-2.

Quotations must be submitted to Kim Yen Tu by the response deadline of April 4, 2022, at 12:00 AM Central Time.
