36--Bulk Oxygen for the Richmond VAMC

The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 6, Hampton VA 23367, intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Type Contract for supply of Bulk Oxygen for the Richmond VAMC with Olympus America Inc. in accordance with IAW VAAR 819.7007 Sole Source Awards to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB) Concerns. This is not a request for competitive offers and no solicitation is available. Market research has determined that this requirement can be satisfied by the previously identified CVE verified SDVOSB. The Government intends to award the contract with an effective date of 13 Nov 2017 to Eagle Home Medical Corp., 1016 Julina R Allsbrook Highway, Roanoke Rapids, NC. 27870-4922; Cage Code 3B5A8. The acquisition is for a Base plus One (1) Option Year Indefinite Delivery Type Contract to provide Bulk Oxygen and uninterrupted Tank Rental services to the Richmond VAMC. This synopsis announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals.
