56--Job Order Contract (JOC)

This is an indefinite delivery quantity (IDIQ) firm fixed-price JOC for non-complex Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build projects for general construction, mechanical, and maintenance projects to Government facilities at China Lake. Projects will be accomplished via the issuance of individual task orders. Projects will be accomplished via the issuance of individual task orders issued by the Contracting Officer. Award of all task orders will be on a firm fixed-price basis. The base period of this contract is projected to be a maximum of twelve (12) months and there is one, 12-month maximum option period for a total possible contract period of twenty-four (24) months. The Option period may be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government.This contract includes a Total Coefficient Rate of: (a) 21% for one person performing all three supervisory duties (b) 21% for one person performing all three supervisory duties (c) 30% for three people performing the roles of Superintendent, Quality Control (QC) and Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) that includes standard and non-standard (night and weekend) per Task Order, mobile temporary office and storage trailers, all miscellaneous specialty tools, Ridgecrest facility office including utilities, Contract Management/admin submittals, office supplies/equipment, service trucks, fuel, home office overhead, and profit. The direct labor standard composite hourly rate is $70.99. The direct labor non-standard composite hourly labor rate is $95.64.
