Rolling Admissions - Commercial Depot Level Overhaul of LM2500 Single Shank Turbine (SST) Gas Generator Assemblies (GGA).

The Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), intends to execute Rolling Admissions into its current Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) program for performance of the following services: Commercial depot level overhaul of US Navy, US Coast Guard, Military Sealift Command and Foreign Military Navy LM2500 SST GGAs, National Stock Number (NSN) 2S 2835-01-237-1153. The LM2500 SST was designed and manufactured by General Electric (GE) and is utilized by the U.S. Navy as the main propulsion Gas Turbine engine aboard DDG-51 and LCS-2 ship classes. This contemplated contract action is being conducted on a full and open competition basis. Potential awardees must be an established commercial overhaul depot with GE Level IV licensure or equivalent. A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) for the required services is included in the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) document.
