This solicitation will be FOB Destination with a preferred delivery day of Tuesdays. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex, 4700 Bureau Road South, Terre Haute, In. 47802. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be the best overall value to the Government, in regards to price, delivery and past performance. All responsive offerors must respond via email to [email protected] with quotes using the attached specification sheet and include a signed 1449 with completed lines 17a., 30a., and 30b.
