The Boeing Company alone has the technical data, experience, requisite knowledge, technical expertise, special skills and facilities required to provide the supplies and services anticipated under this order. The Boeing Company is the sole owner of technical data for Harpoon/SLAM-ER and therefore is the only responsible source that can meet the Government's requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
